استفاده از مواد ساینده مانند سیم ظرفشویی و پودرهای زبر و همچنین اسیدهای غلیظ توصیه نمیشود. این مواد بهمرور سطح لعاب را مات و خشدار میکنند و درخشندگی آن را از بین میبرند. پس از هر بار استفاده از شوینده، بهتر است سطح با آب فراوان آبکشی شود تا باقیمانده مواد روی لعاب نماند.
Abrasive materials such as steel wool and coarse scouring powders, as well as concentrated acids, are not recommended. Over time these dull and scratch the glaze surface and destroy its shine. After each use of any detergent, the surface should be rinsed with plenty of water so no residue remains on the glaze.
